Mrs. Bivin
Hello all! Hope everyone is doing well and working hard at home. I am already missing my 3rd grade students! Working from home is not ideal, however, let's make the best out of a bad situation! Take time to complete your classwork daily and then spend time with your family doing things you might not regularly do! We have been playing board games, cooking special meals, and taking walks each day at my house!I can not wait to hear about your adventures too! I miss you bunches kiddos! Stay safe and wash those hands! We will get through this! Love and hugs!

Parents and Guardians,
Please remember that school begins at 7:25 am each morning. Students arriving after this time will be counted as tardy. School now ends at 2:25 pm. Please make adjustments to ensure your child is on time to school. Reading is so important to the success of your child at school! Please take time to read each night for 10-20 minutes. Your child is able to check out 2 library books each week at school. The public libraries are also open until 5:00 pm through the week. Students will typically have reading assignments once a week at school (usually Tuesday or Thursday). Ask your child about their reading response log at school. We set monthly goals for reading! Thank you for your continued support! I look forward to hearing feedback and positive notes on how your child is doing at home. J. Bivin I am thrilled to start a new school year!
